What American City Are You?

You Are New York
Cosmopolitan and sophisticated, you enjoy the newest in food, art, and culture. You also appreciate a good amount of grit - and very little shocks you. You're competitive, driven, and very likely to succeed.

Famous people from New York: Sarah Michelle Gellar, Tupac Shakur, Woody Allen, Lots of other people!

What American City Are You?

I’ve not been to many American cities but I did love New York when vitiated for a few days. This was stolen from Joyce Davenport who stole it from someone else I think!

I did the test and yes I'm New york too. I have never been to US so it's nice to have a bit of NY in me ;) My NHL team is New York Rangers so now I have two reasons to go then!

Uh, somehow I wound up as Austin, Texas. No offense to Miffed, but I really am not a fan of that state. But actually, the description fit pretty well...plus, Lance Armstrong pops up again!! :)

A little bit country, a little bit rock and roll.
You're totally weird and very proud of it.
Artistic and freaky, you still seem to fit in... in your own strange way.

Famous Austin residents: Lance Armstrong, Sandra Bullock, Andy Roddick

I chose to think of "country" less like cowboy hats and ranches ('cause yuck) and more like "in tune with nature." Otherwise, it just wouldn't make any sense. :)

Ha ha - I was Austin. I shouldn't be surprised, as it's the closest city I lived to (of the ones that seems to be on this test) when I lived there :)

A Texan one! :P

Ugh... the horrorific memories of applique cacti, watermelons, and the outline of the state of Texas EVERYWHERE still haunt me!

I can only hope the whole applique and wooden shaped things was just a trend and has long since died out! It wasn't a good look at all.

I went line dancing one time in 8th grade because some girl in my class asked me to. It was an experience I chose never to repeat.
